See below and check how you are progressing in the hunt for a “Finishers” belt buckle

The Rules

  1. Qualifying rounds: Thunderbolts Adventure (Monument or Colt course), Clarkes Gambit (Saturday Long Course), Marys Mayhem (Saturday Long Course).

  2. Points: Top 10 finishers per gender score 10 points down to 1, awarded for TA-Monument, CG-Long Course, and MM-Long Course only. TA-Colt does not carry ranked points.

  3. Contention requirement: A rider only earns points at a round if they have completed every qualifying round to date, including that one. Missing any round removes a rider from points contention for the remainder of the series — they can still finish later rounds, but score no points, and placings and points roll down to the next-highest finisher still in contention.

  4. Finisher points: Any starter still in contention (per rule 3) who finishes a qualifying round outside the top 10 scores 0.5 points, including TA-Colt finishers.

  5. Series Champion: The male and female rider with the highest total points, having finished all three qualifying rounds, are crowned Series Champions. Points ties are broken by countback — comparing each rider's best individual round placing, then next-best, until the tie is resolved. If a full countback fails to separate riders, joint Champions are declared.

  6. Belt buckle: Any rider who finishes all three qualifying rounds — regardless of points or placing — earns a Bushranger Gravel Collection belt buckle.
