Terms of service

Orders submitted by you on the Graveleur website are an offer to purchase the goods at the specified price plus any delivery charges required for your order. This DOES NOT include import duties, taxes, or any other charges associated with the customer's requested shipping address outside of Australia. When placing an order on the Graveleur website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method connected to your purchase.

Graveleur reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before delivery has been completed/delivered for any of the following reasons:

• Goods ordered were subject to an error on our website regarding stock, pricing, or garment malfunction.
• A regular delivery partner cannot deliver the goods to your requested address.
• Wide, safe, groomed gravel roads and no quad busting climbs. Cycling for fun and enjoyment.
• We do not receive a reply from you within 5 business days when we have contacted you for any reason in relation to your order.

Orders can be dispatched direct from our suppliers in Australia.

We are not responsible for your import duties or taxes outside of Australia. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for rates.

Graveleur will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price outside of Australia. Shipping charges are not included unless otherwise specified. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

If the customer chooses not to accept the package due to these charges, the package will be automatically returned to Graveleur. In this situation, Graveleur reserves the right to charge the customer an AU$25 administration fee.

Returned items must be in new condition and unused. This includes the original tags attached to the item/s.

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method. The refund amount will replicate that of the initial payment made for the item.

Refunds and replacements will be processed within 24 hours of receiving them back.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and return the item/s within 30 days of the purchase, we will happily refund or replace these items for you.

Should you wish to make a return, Contact Us stating your original order number and reason for return.

All Graveleur products purchased from graveleur.cc come with a manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase as governed by Australian Consumer Law. This promise includes faults in the fabric, workmanship, and other manufacturing-related faults. The warranty does not apply to faults caused by general wear and tear or washing of products incorrectly. Contact Us to discuss further.

Graveleur reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions for any changes. If you do not agree with any changes to our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to stop engaging in our Service. If you continue to engage in our Service, Graveleur reserves the right to assume you unconditionally accept our current Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made.
