How long will my order take to ship?
Our products are shipped in Australia usually via Auspost from NSW and will generally take 2-4 business days depending on where you live. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, once your item has been shipped.
How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on the item and the supplier. We don’t charge more than $10 for shipping. Some items have free shipping others have shipping charges. You can see this breakdown at checkout.
I’ve made a mistake on my order; can I get a refund or change my order?
Certainly – as long as you contact us before your order is shipped you can ask for a refund or have something changed on your order. Contact us via info@graveleur.cc. We recommend contacting us within the hour after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if the product is returned in new condition with tags. Contact us to arrange a return.
What payment providers do you accept?
We are integrated with Paypal and Stripe payments. Stripe allows you to pay with most major credit card providers and is integrated with Google and Apply Pay.
Do your prices include tax?
Yes they do include Australian GST and this breakdown is included at checkout
Will you price match?
If you don’t ask, you don’t get… This is not something we are actively advertising but drop us a note via our Contact Us form and if we’ve got enough margin, we would be happy to consider price matching.
